No payment is collected on the Superhuman Club application page. Submitting an application does not create a paid membership or automatic booking.
Paid Diagnostics, Events And Programs
Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on the confirmed booking, invoice, event, program, service start date and any written terms shared at payment. Please review the specific confirmation before paying.
Review And Refund Timelines
Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days after we receive the required payment reference and booking details. If a refund is approved, it is initiated within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the amount back to the original payment method.
Late Cancellations And No-Shows
Missed sessions, late cancellations, limited-capacity events, reserved diagnostic slots and already-started services may be non-refundable or partially refundable depending on the confirmed terms.
Service Delivery
For paid diagnostics, events or memberships, the service schedule is confirmed by phone, WhatsApp or email after payment. Application pages do not ship any physical product. If any supplement, device or physical product is purchased separately, its delivery terms will be confirmed at that purchase stage.
Taxes And Processing Charges
GST, payment gateway charges, processing fees or third-party costs may be non-refundable where applicable.
