Chronological age vs biological-age direction
Chronological age is your calendar age. Biological-age direction refers to the state of your body relative to markers of health, performance and recovery. A serious program should not promise that every person will reverse a specific number of years. It should help the person improve the markers that are actually trainable.
The highest-leverage inputs
- Sleep: consistent timing, deeper recovery and lower late-night stimulation.
- Training: strength, conditioning and mobility matched to current capacity.
- Nutrition: protein, micronutrients and energy intake matched to the goal.
- Recovery: deloads, sauna, cold exposure and mobility used at the right time.
- Stress regulation: breathwork, meditation and planning that lowers chronic load.
- Clinical review: blood markers and interventions only where suitable and supervised.
Why random hacks fail
High performers often add more before fixing the base. They add another supplement, another wearable, another recovery tool. But if sleep is unstable and nutrition is inconsistent, the advanced layer has poor soil. The sequence matters.
The 90-day arc
Superhuman Club uses a focused 90-day frame because it is long enough to build behaviour and short enough to review with discipline. The goal is to create a working protocol, execute it, and then adjust based on feedback.
Sleep, training adherence, body composition, energy pattern, recovery speed and relevant blood markers if appropriate.
Avoid copying protocols from influencers, using clinical interventions without supervision, or judging progress only by how intense a protocol feels.
